Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient workflows, integrations, and automation aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Configure workflows and automate ITSM processes.
- Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, and Self-Service capabilities.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using ServiceNow best practices.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Participate in testing, deployments, and production support.
Required Technical Skills
- Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
- Service Catalog Development.
- Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes.
- Glide API and JavaScript.
- CMDB and Asset Management fundamentals.
- Service Portal and UI Builder.
Preferred Certifications
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
