Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening rounds
- Coordinate interview feedback and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Prepare offer letters and other HR documents
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
