Job Responsibilities:
The role includes managing daily sales activities, supporting team members in lead generation, maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensuring achievement of monthly business targets.
The candidate should also monitor the team’s performance, guide them in sourcing quality cases, coordinate with credit and operations teams, and ensure smooth processing of loan files from login to disbursement.
Candidate Requirement:
We are looking for a candidate who has strong experience in the LAP segment and has handled a team in the past. The candidate should have good knowledge of secured loan products, property-based lending, customer handling, and local market sourcing.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a localite from Ahmedabad with good market connections and a proven track record in LAP business. Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
