JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Getself-acquainted with the products and our business model
- Contact customers / clients to promote products and services
- Attend potential clients who are responding to advertisements or advertising/ marketing activities
- Handle calls and store walk-in customers, explain the product or service and follow up on interaction(s)
- Schedule appointments for sales and marketing team
- Maintain detailed database of customer data gathered and calls made on daily basis including response to the product or service offered
- Maintain daily Expense & Inflow reports
- Coordinate with the internal team on day to day works and regular activities
- Coordinate with vendors (existing and new connections) for smooth operations
- Maintain and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (bills, invoices and any other necessary documents)
- Anyother work, as assigned by the Management Team, from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients
- Experience in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to handle appointment scheduling and manage time efficiently
- Proven sales skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and knowledge of the local market is an advantage
- Establishing and maintaining long lasting and fruitful relationships with each of our customers
- Goodknowledgeofcomputer skills specifically MS Office and Google Docs
- Excellent communication skills (English, HIndi and Telugu)
- Pleasant voice and pleasing personality. Proactive in approach
- Ability to gather information and manage it
- Self-motivated and ready to work on targets
- Flexible with work timings (if needed)
