About the Role
You’ll work closely with senior designers and architects on residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. This role is 70% design + visualization, 30% coordination and execution support. Ideal for someone passionate about space planning, materials, furniture, and creating functional yet aesthetic interiors.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Visualization
- Develop space planning layouts, mood boards, and interior concepts
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailing drawings
- Create 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Prepare presentation sheets and design documentation
Technical & Documentation
- Draft working drawings and detailed interior packages in AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and vendors for execution drawings
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates
- Ensure drawings are updated as per site changes and client feedback
Site & Vendor Coordination
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and finishing quality
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, fabricators, and suppliers
- Take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings if required
- Resolve design-related site issues under senior guidance
Office & Process
- Maintain project folders, material libraries, and drawing standards
- Research trends, materials, furniture brands, and detailing references
- Support senior designers during client meetings and presentations
Skills & Tools
Must Have
- AutoCAD – layouts, working drawings, and detailing
- SketchUp / Revit – 3D modeling
- MS Office – BOQ, presentations, and reports
- Basic understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and detailing
Good to Have
- Lumion / V-Ray / Twinmotion for rendering
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of modular furniture and execution detailing
- Understanding of site coordination and vendor management
