The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise identity platforms.
- Familiarity with system integration and API-based communication between applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
