We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
