Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role focuses on driving business growth, maximizing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and training to improve team effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Track sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
