Role for Canteen Cook ( We need to cook for 40 to 50 people, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ):
To prepare and serve safe, hygienic, and quality meals as per the approved menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to the daily/weekly menu
- Ensure proper washing, cutting, and preparation of ingredients
- Maintain food quality, taste, and portion control
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment clean and sanitized
- Store raw materials and cooked food properly to prevent spoilage
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
- Assist in unloading and checking grocery supplies
- Follow safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment
- Support special meal preparations during events/functions (if required)
Role:
To maintain and enhance the appearance and health of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and maintain trees, plants, shrubs, and flowers
- Mow lawns and trim hedges regularly
- Remove weeds and maintain overall garden cleanliness
- Apply fertilizers, manure, and pesticides as required
- Monitor plant health and take preventive care measures
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Dispose of garden waste properly
- Support seasonal planting and landscaping activities
- Ensure outdoor areas remain neat, safe, and visually appealing
