About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive EV bike sales and dealer network expansion across three high-potential regions in Maharashtra — Marathwada, Khandesh, and Vidarbha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive/EV sales and strong regional market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual EV bike sales targets for the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, DSAs, and fleet operators.
- Conduct product demonstrations, test ride camps, and customer engagement activities.
- Generate leads through field visits, local events, RWA tie-ups, and corporate outreach.
Dealer & Channel Development
- Onboard new dealers and manage existing dealership relationships within the territory.
- Train and motivate dealer sales teams on product features, USPs, and EV benefits.
- Monitor dealer inventory, display standards, and secondary sales performance.
- Resolve dealer queries, escalations, and after-sales concerns promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing, new launches, and market trends in the region.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit reports, lead pipeline updates, and MIS to management.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team for localized campaigns.
- Identify potential B2B and B2G (government/fleet) business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales — automotive, EV, two-wheeler, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Proven experience handling dealer networks across semi-urban and rural markets.
- Prior experience in Marathwada, Khandesh, or Vidarbha region is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in local languages: Marathi and Hindi (mandatory); English (basic).
- Comfortable with extensive travel across the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
