We are a Chartered Accountancy firm having our Head Office at Hyderabad and branches at Hubballi and Belagavi. We have been in practice for the last 11 years, rendering professional services in the areas of Income Tax, GST, Audit, Company Law, Start-up Advisory, Valuation and other related advisory services.
At present, our team consists of close to 10 Chartered Accountants, 4 Company Secretaries and 15 Article Assistants across our offices. We are proud to mention that the success rate of students who have joined our firm as articles and subsequently qualified as Chartered Accountants is close to 90%. Till date, around 20 Chartered Accountants have successfully passed out from our firm.
During article ship, we provide structured and practical exposure in accounting, Income Tax, GST, statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, company law and ROC compliances, start-up advisory, valuation assignments, drafting replies to Income Tax and GST notices, scrutiny-related work and representation before GST authorities.
Our objective is to ensure that by the time a student completes the articleship period, he or she is fully equipped to independently handle professional assignments after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. We also encourage our article students to continue with us post-qualification, as our firm is expanding and there is regular professional growth opportunity within the organisation.
Current Requirement: 6 Article Assistants for our Hyderabad Head Office only.
Eligibility: Only students who have cleared both groups of IPCC are eligible to commence articleship as per present ICAI requirements will be considered.
Selection Process: Since the number of openings is limited, we intend to be highly selective. Shortlisted students will be required to appear for a basic written test / practical evaluation before final selection.
Stipend: The stipend payable to selected Article Assistants shall be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s merit, knowledge, attitude and performance in the selection process. Deserving candidates will be offered the best possible stipend, as we value sincere students who are committed to professional learning and long-term growth.
