Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced STP System Designer to design and develop Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems as per project requirements. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, system design, equipment selection, and preparation of technical drawings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems based on project requirements and capacity.
- Prepare process designs, layouts, and technical specifications for STP projects.
- Calculate and determine system capacity, flow requirements, and treatment processes.
- Select suitable equipment, components, and technologies for STP systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts, PFDs, and other design documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering, project, sales, and installation teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable technical standards and project specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, equipment specifications, and technical proposals as required.
- Provide technical support during project execution and installation.
- Review and modify designs based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical and design-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) design and wastewater treatment processes.
- Knowledge of treatment technologies such as MBBR, SBR, MBR, and conventional treatment systems.
- Understanding of pumps, blowers, piping, tanks, filters, and other STP equipment.
- Ability to prepare technical calculations, BOQs, and specifications.
- Good problem-solving and technical coordination skills.
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Diploma candidates with relevant STP design experience may also be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
