Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to introduce our B2B travel solutions and services.
- Clearly explain our travel packages, partnerships, and customized solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel products and collaboration opportunities.
- Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and B2B clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry insights to engage clients effectively.
- Provide regular feedback from client interactions to improve offerings and business strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process
- Interest or experience in travel/tourism industry (preferred)
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
