Position Details – Warehouse Manager
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, dispatch, returns, and transport coordination across B2B, D2C, and marketplace channels.
- Oversee inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate picking, packing, documentation, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and adherence to SOPs.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and shortage claims.
- Monitor warehouse expenses, manage OMS/WMS data, maintain Excel trackers, and escalate critical issues.
- Supervise warehouse teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
- Ensure smooth execution of warehouse operations through effective communication, quick problem-solving, and timely decision-making.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
