Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tool Room Manager to lead and manage tool room operations, ensuring efficient support to manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tooling, maintenance, and production support, along with mandatory knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tool room operations and manpower.
- Oversee tool manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and modification activities.
- Ensure timely availability of tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment for production.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain tooling records, spare inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Tool Room Operations and Management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance and manufacturing support activities.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management capabilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
