Position Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales. The ideal candidate must have an existing client network/database and the ability to generate new business independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1*. Business Development & Client Acquisition*
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Generate leads through network, cold calling, references
- Achieve monthly targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships
- Ensure repeat business
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue and profitability
- Negotiate pricing
4. Risk Management & Credit Control
- Conduct client due diligence
- Ensure payment discipline
- Any bad debts will be responsibility of the candidate
5. Documentation Awareness
- Knowledge of Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, DO
- Coordinate with operations team
6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitors and trends
7. Reporting
- Maintain pipeline and reports
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in freight forwarding sales
- Strong client network

Compensation:
