Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce goals.
· Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, programmatic, marketplaces) to achieve ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
· Lead SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and content planning.
· Oversee CRM and retention activities including email, SMS, and automation workflows.
· Manage social media presence, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
· Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and generate performance insights and reports.
· Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing, and UX collaboration.
· Manage agency partners, freelancers, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, tech, merchandizing).
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 3-6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or D2C.
· Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools.
· Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
