- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth service
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 0–5 years of experience in restaurant service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shift timings

Position: Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the service team during shifts
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and service flow
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Train and guide stewards on service standards and menu knowledge
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and special requests
- Monitor table allocation and staff duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills
- Good knowledge of service styles and fine-dining standards
- Ability to handle pressure and manage peak hours
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
