We are looking for a compassionate, trained, and experienced Special Educator to support children with special educational needs in an inclusive school environment. The teacher will assess students’ learning, developmental, behavioral, and functional needs; design and implement Individualized Education Plans; provide classroom and resource-room support; guide mainstream teachers; communicate with parents; and help the school build an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with children with special needs, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, specific learning disabilities, intellectual/developmental delays, speech-language difficulties, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, cerebral palsy, behavioral challenges, or other learning and developmental needs. CBSE’s special educator circular specifically refers to supporting learners with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, developmental disabilities such as Autism, cerebral palsy and specific learning disabilities, and behavioral difficulties.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
