Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary classes (I–V).
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct regular classroom assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Encourage creative learning through storytelling, role plays, debates, reading activities, and creative writing.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
- Communicate student progress effectively with parents during PTMs and through regular feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, assemblies, training programs, and curriculum planning.
- Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and NEP recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (mandatory).
- CTET/State TET qualification preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school.
- Experience teaching primary grades is preferred
Pay: ₹25,739.87 - ₹35,763.27 per month
