Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide friendly service.
* Take orders accurately and enter them correctly.
* Serve food and beverages promptly.
* Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
* Recommend suitable dishes and drinks to customers.
* Check customer satisfaction during the meal.
* Handle complaints politely and inform the Captain/Manager.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
* Follow restaurant SOPs and maintain punctuality.
* Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service.
