Job Description – Coffee Machine Technician

Job Summary
Sidapur Coffee is looking for a Coffee Machine Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee and tea vending machines, supporting kiosk operations, and assisting with packing and dispatch activities when required.
Key Responsibilities

Machine Servicing & Maintenance

Service and maintain filter coffee and tea vending machines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and hygienically.

Visit client locations for servicing (3–4 days per week).

Serve coffee, tea, and snacks at the company kiosk.

Maintain cleanliness and customer service standards.
-
Handle basic stock monitoring and replenishment.

Kiosk duty for approximately 2 days per week.

Warehouse / Dispatch Support

Assist in packing and dispatching products from the godown.

Support inventory handling when not assigned to servicing or kiosk duties.
Required Skills & Competencies

Basic technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to handle vending machine maintenance

Good communication and customer interaction skills

Willingness to travel locally for servicing work

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to multitask between technical and operational duties
Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with technical background can apply)
