We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction sites. You will manage on-site labor, track material usage, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Manage on-site workers and subcontractors.
- Track material inventory and deliveries.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Report daily progress to Project Managers.
- Resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks quickly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in site supervision.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
- Traits: Deep understanding of construction blueprints and safety codes.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
