Position: Orthodontist
Employment Type: Full-time (Preferred) / Part-time
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹30,000/month
- Experienced (Full-time): Up to ₹50,000/month (Based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
TOVALIGN is looking for passionate and dedicated Orthodontists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a keen interest in digital orthodontics and clear aligner treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design accurate, predictable, and clinically sound treatment plans for aligner cases using digital orthodontic software.
- Analyze intraoral scans, photographs, radiographs, doctor prescriptions, and clinical records to develop customized tooth movement plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Treatment Planning teams to ensure smooth case flow and timely processing.
- Coordinate with consulting orthodontists and treating doctors for treatment plan approvals, feedback, and necessary modifications.
- Maintain consistency in treatment protocols and adhere to company guidelines for aligner therapy and tooth movement.
- Ensure all treatment plans meet the highest standards of clinical quality, functionality, and patient outcomes.
- Track, document, and maintain treatment plans for future reference, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
- Review treatment progress and provide clinical recommendations whenever required.
- Support the team in resolving complex clinical cases and treatment-related queries.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital orthodontics and aligner technology.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Good understanding of clear aligner biomechanics and digital orthodontics.
- Ability to interpret intraoral scans, radiographs, and clinical records accurately.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn digital treatment planning software.
Qualification
- BDS with a passion for orthodontics or MDS (Orthodontics).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in clear aligner treatment planning is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
