About the Role We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands viral content, Web3 trends, and social media growth. Your job is to turn podcasts, videos, and ideas into high-performing content across YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will manage the content calendar, scripting, packaging (hooks, titles, thumbnails), and distribution while coordinating with editors and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan weekly content strategy
- Identify viral trends in Web3
- Write engaging scripts and hooks
- Manage content calendar and posting
- Repurpose podcasts into 15+ content pieces
- Coordinate with editors and designers
- Track performance and improve content strategy
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Web3 / Crypto knowledge
- Experience managing social media content
- Scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Understanding of viral content patterns
- Strong research and trend analysis

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
