Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inward, storage, and outward movement of raw materials, CKD kits, batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure timely material issuance to production as per daily production plans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP system.
- Conduct GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities and verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Ensure proper identification, binning, labeling, and storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and generate material shortage and reorder reports.
- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain traceability of critical components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and chargers.
- Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of batteries and sensitive electronic components.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, and storage conditions.
- Prevent inventory losses through effective controls, audits, and security measures.
- Maintain all stores-related records, reports, and ERP transactions accurately and on time.
- Support internal, statutory, and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Automotive, EV, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Certifications in Warehouse/Logistics are preferred.
