- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately within statutory timelines.
- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits independently.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Monitor accounts receivable/and prepare payable MIS reports, financial reports.
- Provide Support for day to day office administrative work assigned by management.
Required Candidate profile:
- Strong working knowledge of GST regulations and return filing.
- Hands-on experience in TDS calculation, payment, and return filing.
- Experience in independently handling statutory and tax audits.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of the Income Tax Act and GST regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliances.
