Sales Manager – Real Estate / Construction

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales for our residential real estate projects in Chennai & Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in off-plan projects, apartments, villas, or residential developments, with a strong track record of lead conversion and successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for the company’s residential projects, apartments, villas, and off-plan developments.
- Generate and manage leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Negotiate with clients and ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements in Chennai.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company policies and project guidelines.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or off-plan property sales.
- Experience in selling apartments, villas, residential projects, or plotted developments is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly target-oriented.
- Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.
