- Counsel clients on immigration products and services through phone, email, and in-person consultations while addressing inquiries professionally.
- Provide expert guidance on visa options, eligibility criteria, documentation, and immigration procedures for various countries.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets by converting leads, following up on clients, and ensuring timely payment collection.
- Verify, collect, and maintain accurate client documents, records, trackers, and case updates throughout the immigration process.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Resolve client concerns, identify process challenges, generate case status reports, and support additional responsibilities as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
