The DSA Consulting Team is a global analytics organization that helps clients and business partners make smarter, data-driven decisions through advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and consulting-led solutions. The team delivers innovative risk, fraud, and customer analytics solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and create measurable impact

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Any Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in this field if the role holder does not have a degree in technical stream
- 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in tools and technologies like Sql, R, Spark, Hive, Tableau etc.
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Beyond technical excellence, the DSA Consulting team plays a critical consultative role by engaging directly with clients, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, supporting solution commercialization, and influencing strategic decision-making across markets.
