Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily insurance operations and workflows
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, renewals, and claims
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and support the operations team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Proven experience in insurance operations or administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
