We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Insurance Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day insurance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient process management, compliance, and team coordination while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily insurance operations and workflows
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, renewals, and claims
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and support the operations team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Proven experience in insurance operations or administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Experience in Insurance field is mandatory
