- Appointment Scheduling: Managing the clinic's daily calendar and confirming bookings for stylists and doctors.
- Lead Follow-ups: Reaching out to prospective clients who have shown interest in services like permanent hair removal, skin brightening, or bridal packages.
- Client Assistance: Addressing service questions and providing pricing or promotional information to callers.
- Database Management: Updating client records and tracking the effectiveness of ongoing promotional offers.
