Job Description:
Join our production team as a Maintenance Operations Engineer and play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational excellence. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our manufacturing performance.
What will you do?

Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and minimize operational disruptions

Analyze maintenance data to identify performance trends and implement improvement initiatives

Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production methods and resolve technical challenges
