About the Role
Bexcode Services is looking for an experienced Health Tech Operations Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Operations and Healthcare Technology. The ideal candidate will lead operational delivery for US healthcare clients, manage cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, EHR/EMR platforms, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Care Coordination, Patient Engagement, Healthcare SaaS, and HIPAA-compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end US HealthTech operations and delivery.
- Manage operations teams supporting healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and digital health organizations.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, turnaround time (TAT), and operational dashboards.
- Build, implement, and improve SOPs and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Clinical, Sales, and Implementation teams.
- Handle client escalations, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to US healthcare regulations.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Support new client implementations, onboarding, and operational transitions.
- Lead automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of experience in US Healthcare or HealthTech Operations.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working with US healthcare clients.

- PMP
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
