1. Working Experience with FANUC Controlled Machines
2. Programming and set up CNC to complete new product/different functions.
3. Change the tooling of the CNC machine.
4. Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
5. Adjust machine control, including part process and Rework Capability.
6. Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments.
7. Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work.
8. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
9. OT as per convenience.
