Zyga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Process Associate – US Healthcare to join our growing operations team. We are seeking professionals with strong knowledge of US healthcare processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflows independently.
Position: Process Associate – US Healthcare
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In-person
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US healthcare process workflows accurately and efficiently
- Review and process healthcare-related documentation and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely process completion
- Ensure quality and compliance with client guidelines and SOPs
- Identify process gaps and suggest process improvements
- Maintain reports and track workflow status
- Handle escalations and complex cases independently
- Support team operations and ensure productivity targets are met
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare processes
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and documentation
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in Home Health, Medical Billing, Insurance, or Healthcare Operations is an added advantage
