Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA (Marketing)
- 4–5 years of experience in Customer Care
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints; maintain strong customer relationships
- Process orders and coordinate product dispatch
- Support marketing team in administrative and promotional activities
- Implement freight cost control and verify freight bills
- Monitor finished goods stock for smooth dispatch
- Maintain sales records and coordinate for credit follow-up
