Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work including civil, RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, engineers, vendors, and material suppliers.
- Maintain daily labour attendance, work progress, and site reports.
- Check material quality, quantity, and proper storage at site.
- Ensure safety rules and housekeeping are followed at all times.
- Monitor timelines and help complete work within the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and report them to the project engineer/manager.
- Take measurements of completed work and assist in billing/BOQ verification.
