We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and supervise the operations of a girls’ hostel in Alwar. The warden will ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of the residents while maintaining smooth hostel administration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all hostel operations and facilities.
- Ensure safety and security of all students residing in the hostel.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Address student concerns and provide guidance and counseling as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for upkeep and repairs of hostel facilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student attendance and incidents.
- Serve as a liaison between the students and institutional administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Humanities or relevant field.
- Previous experience in residential life management or as a warden is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline effectively.
- Understanding of safety and crisis management protocols.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse student body.
