Position: Physiotherapist
Job Summary:
A Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and movement disorders. They develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, restore function, and prevent future injuries through evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, home exercise programs, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Participate in continuing professional development and stay updated with current physiotherapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good clinical judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, or pediatric rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and treatment modalities.
- Strong documentation skills
