Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for visiting schools, presenting our programs, and converting them into long-term partners.
This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, confidence, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit schools (Principals, Coordinators, Management) to introduce YantraaMynds programs
* Present our AI, Coding, and Robotics curriculum offerings
* Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers
* Convert leads into successful school partnerships
* Conduct product demos and explain program benefits
* Follow up with schools and close deals
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Provide feedback from the field to improve offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence in speaking with school authorities
* Basic understanding of EdTech / AI / Coding (preferred but not mandatory)
* Ability to travel locally (field visits required)
* Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
* Graduate in any field
Preferred Candidates
* Experience in EdTech sales / School sales / B2B sales
* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
