We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Site Supervisor & Design Coordinator to manage the day-to-day construction, finishing, and coordination of our project.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering drawings and aesthetic execution, ensuring that civil structures, architectural layouts, and interior designs are executed seamlessly, safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Liaison & Design Coordination (கட்டிடக்கலை மற்றும் வடிவமைப்பு ஒருங்கிணைப்பு)
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the design architect. Read, interpret, and accurately execute detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Proactively identify discrepancies between architectural drawings and actual site dimensions, resolving them with the architect before work begins.
- Coordinate the integration of structural columns/beams with aesthetic spatial layouts to maximize guest room functionality.
2. Interior & Finish Quality Control (உள்வடிவமைப்பு மற்றும் இறுதிவேலை கண்காணிப்பு)
- Oversee critical interior finishing stages including smooth wall plastering, high-end tiling, false ceilings, and painting preparation.
- Coordinate layout planning for electrical conduits, plumbing lines, light fixtures, and internet/Wi-Fi access points to ensure clean integration with the final furniture layout.
- Inspect tile alignments, joint grouting, bathroom waterproofing, and plumbing slope configurations to guarantee a luxury guest experience.
3. Material Quality & Inventory Management (பொருட்களின் தரம் மற்றும் இருப்பு மேலாண்மை)
- Inspect all incoming materials (cement, steel, electrical fittings, plumbing fixtures, tiles, and finishing products) for specifications, quantities, and damage.
- Oversee secure storage and proper handling of fragile interior materials to minimize loss or breakage.
- Track material consumption closely against structural estimates to eliminate wastage, leakage, or unauthorized usage on-site.
4. Labor Management & Scheduling (தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் கால அட்டவணை மேலாண்மை)
- Plan daily and weekly labor requirements for various sub-contractors (civil, electrical, plumbing, plastering, and carpentry).
- Monitor daily labor attendance, performance, and productivity, ensuring that milestones are met as per the master timeline.
- Establish a respectful, safe, and productive working environment; resolve disputes on-site immediately and maintain zero-tolerance for unsafe working conditions.
5. Site Reporting & Documentation (தள அறிக்கை மற்றும் ஆவணப்படுத்துதல்)
- Maintain a daily site logbook detailing the work completed, labor strength, materials received, and weather conditions.
- Prepare weekly progress reports with site photographs for the management team.
- Document any deviations from the original plan or materials used for future reference (As-Built drawings).
Candidate Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Arch (Architecture), B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a Degree/Diploma in Interior Design with substantial on-site execution experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience supervising commercial, residential, or hospitality building sites.
- Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading complex structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar viewing tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of material testing (e.g., concrete slump, cement setting) and premium finishes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, firm leadership style, problem-solving under pressure, and high professional integrity.
- Language: Fluency in Tamil (for labor communication) and working knowledge of English (for coordinating with architects and management).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
