Key Responsibilities
Platform & Store Management: Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), ensuring 100% uptime, accurate pricing, and flawless functionality.
Catalog & Merchandising: Own product listings, including writing SEO-optimized product descriptions, managing inventory levels, organizing collections, and ensuring high-quality visual assets are live.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor customer journeys to identify and fix friction points in the conversion funnel, optimizing checkout flows, search functionality, and product pages to turn visitors into buyers.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform dashboards. Focus on core KPIs: Traffic, Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid ads (Meta, Google Shopping), email campaigns (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and SEO strategies with current inventory and promotions.
Customer Experience & Operations: Coordinate with logistics, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, and swift resolution of customer issues.
Pay: ₹9,745.79 - ₹34,221.87 per month
