Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, audience engagement, brand awareness, campaign execution, and social media growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors for content production.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare social media performance reports.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising and digital marketing concepts is preferred.
