Duties and Responsibilities
- To supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- To ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- To coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth site operations.
- To inspect and verify materials delivered at site for quality and quantity compliance.
- To prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- To monitor project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
- To oversee manpower deployment and allocation of site resources efficiently.
- To ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the site.
- To conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimations as required.
- To identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
- To attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- To inspect completed work and ensure project quality standards are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Civil Site Engineering or similar role. (adjust as needed)
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
