Job Summary
BR TechGeeks is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students regarding our training programs and career development opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM or databases.
- Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good persuasion and counseling skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, customer support, telesales, or education consulting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,312.71 - ₹20,000.00 per month
