- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage
Job Summary
The Mechanical Engineer Fresher will support the maintenance and production teams in ensuring smooth operation of machinery and equipment used in graphite manufacturing. The candidate will assist in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and utilities.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow safety standards, plant regulations, and quality procedures.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Salary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
