Purpose
The Senior Manager Electrical is responsible for overseeing the entire electrical department, ensuring effective planning, design, coordination, and execution of all electrical systems including HT, LT, LV, and BMS/EMS. This role ensures departmental alignment with project goals, technical standards, and timelines, while also guiding the team, coordinating with other departments, and supporting project execution from start to finish.
Role and Responsibilities
1 Leading the Electrical and 3 divisions Team (Estimation, Planning & Purchase, Projects & Estimation)
- Supervise and guide team members in preparing accurate project cost estimate for the complete electrical HT, LT and LV systems, BMS/EMS system for facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
2 Design Oversight
- Lead the design process for complete electrical HT, LT and LV systems, BMS/EMS system for facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
3 Drawing Development
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive GFC (Good for Construction) electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while coordinating with other departments as necessary.
4 Technical Approval
- Provide internal and external technical approval for Electrical/LV system/BMS/EMS designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
5 Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and purchase departments to ensure alignment between sales, estimation, and project execution activities.
6 Purchase Coordination
- Coordinate with purchasing teams to procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
7 BOQ Preparation
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for the execution of electrical drawings, ensuring accurate cost estimation and resource planning.
8 Material Indenting
- Facilitate the indenting process for required materials, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring availability for project execution.
9 Support for Execution
- Provide support to the site team and project managers during the execution phase, addressing any technical challenges or queries that may arise.
10 Training and Development
- Provide training opportunities to enhance team members' technical skills and estimation methods.
11 Query Resolution
- Address and resolve queries raised by customers, project teams, and purchasing departments, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
12 MIS Management
- Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for both internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into project progress and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Proven experience in electrical design and project management roles.
Familiarity with industrial, commercial, or residential electrical systems.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Previous exposure to procurement processes and material management.
Strong track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience in generating and managing MIS reports preferred

Pay: Up to ₹2,278,884.00 per year
