Job Title:
PLC Programmer (1–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated PLC Programmer with 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and electrical control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Design and develop HMI/SCADA applications.
- Perform machine commissioning and on-site installation.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and electrical control panel issues.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Test and validate machine functionality before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the mechanical, electrical, and assembly teams.
- Maintain PLC program backups and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during machine installation and customer trials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider).
- HMI development experience.
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
