Job title: Field Sales Executive (Kasaragod)
Job Summary
Silverstorm Parks & Resorts is looking for an energetic and target-oriented field sales executive to handle sales and business development activities across Kasaragod and nearby areas.
The role will focus on developing business through schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate organizations, travel agencies, institutions, and other potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and direct marketing.
* Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate offices, travel agencies, and other organizations to promote Silverstorm.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, corporate clients, and business partners.
* Promote school trips, institutional visits, group bookings, corporate outings, and other Silverstorm packages.
* Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth booking and customer experience.
* Maintain proper records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and sales.
* Submit regular sales reports to the management.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales will be an advantage.
* Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer relationship-building ability.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
